We’re proud to be one of Skipton Building Society’s Grassroots Giving

Winners, recognised for supporting our local community.


On Wednesday 15th August 2018 the Friends arranged with Tees Valley Wildlife Trust and a team from Middlesbrough Wellbeing to run a Family Fun Day.




The two guest groups brought a mixture of events that match the aims of FOFD - Use of the park by the widest range of people, to educate about our beautiful park and the nature it holds.

Some 1000 people came to the event, most stayed for the full 4 hour session.
